Bring a little Halloween magic to early phonics with our CVC Letter Bats.
Children can arrange the tactile letter bats to build simple consonant–vowel–consonant words, sound them out and swap individual letters to discover how changing one sound creates a completely new word.
Use them in a sensory tray, alongside playdough or as part of a focused literacy invitation to explore:

Because the letters can be moved and rearranged, children aren’t limited to a set of predetermined words. They can experiment, make connections and physically see how words are constructed.
